By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by MixWave.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open worldwide to entrants of all ages, except where prohibited or restricted by local law. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's permission to participate and claim any prize. Employees of MixWave, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, post an original video of one minute or less to Instagram as a Reel or feed post that features the MixWave Yvette Young Signature Guitar Plugin Suite, with the plugin interface visible on screen at some point in the video. Include the hashtag #MixwaveYvetteContest in your caption, tag and follow @yvetteyoung and @mixwave, and keep your Instagram account public at the time of submission and through the winner announcement period.
Prizes
The winning prizes are listed on this page. The use of specific brands as prizes by MixWave does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Judging and Winner Notification
Entries will be judged by Yvette Young and the MixWave team based on creativity, originality, and use of the plugin. This is not a popularity contest. Winners will be announced on or around the winner announcement date listed on this page and may be contacted by email and/or Instagram direct message. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, MixWave reserves the right to select and notify an alternate winner.
Delivery of Prizes
All prizes are digital and will be delivered electronically by license key, download link, or similar fulfillment method. No physical items will be shipped. The grand prize song feature and video call consultation will be scheduled and coordinated directly with the winner. If a prize cannot be fulfilled to a winner's location due to legal or platform restrictions, MixWave reserves the right to provide an alternative of equal or greater value where permitted.
Original Content, Rights, and Publicity
Entries must be your own original work. Use of content you do not own or have rights to use, including music, film clips, or third-party visuals, may result in disqualification. By entering, you grant MixWave and Yvette Young a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share your entry video on their social channels, website, and marketing materials, with credit to you where practical.
Conduct and Disqualification
MixWave and Yvette Young reserve the right to disqualify any entry that contains offensive, harmful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content, or that does not comply with these rules.
Limitation of Liability
MixWave accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
