FAQs
Use the Contest Sign Up form above to enter the contest. Then post your video on Instagram as a POST or REEL (not a story). Use the hashtag #MixWaveSpiritbox or else we will not see it.
One video/entry per participant is allowed. If you submit more than once, only your first entry will be viewed.
You do not have to be in the video if you'd prefer not to show yourself on camera. Feel free to use close up shots of you playing your instrument, screenshots or close up videos of the plugin.
All submissions will be judged by Mike Stringer and the MixWave team.
We will announce the winners on our social media channels and on this page. Winners will contacted via email. All participants will receive their discount coupon via email.

Introduction
By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by MixWave.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. MixWave employees and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
Prizes
The winning prizes are listed on this page. The use of specific brands as prizes by MixWave does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. MixWave's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The winners will be chosen and notified via the email address provided on March 30th, 2024. MixWave will make two attempts to contact winners via email. If winners do not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and MixWave reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of Prizes
The winner must provide a valid United States mailing address for the physical prizes to be delivered to. The winner will have until April 30th to create and submit their plugin preset file to our support team at support@mixwave.com. The preset will be added in the next available plugin update. The winner will allow 30 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by MixWave for the purposes of administering the competition. The winner's first name and social media handle will be announced on MixWave's website and/or social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
MixWave accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
MixWave reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
